As part of Olahkarsa Group, Solutive supported Telkom Indonesia in strengthening its TJSL program through inspiring, educational, and impactful digital storytelling that connects with the public.

Problem

Through its Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) programs, Telkom Indonesia is committed to making meaningful contributions in education, the environment, the economy, and health. The challenge was not with the programs themselves, but with how their impact was communicated. Too often, these stories were reduced to formal reports that were informative but rigid, lacking the emotional resonance needed to truly inspire audiences.

Many corporate TJSL communications fall into the same trap, focusing solely on data and metrics. While numbers are important, presenting them without context or human connection can make the message lose its appeal. Telkom needed a way to transform these initiatives into narratives that felt authentic, relatable, and aligned with the daily lives of the communities they serve.

Objective

The vision of this campaign was to create a stronger digital identity for Telkom TJSL. The objectives were threefold:

  • Gaining more than 1,200 organic followers in just six months.
  • Reaching over 65,000 unique audiences, driven primarily by educational posts on community development programs.
  • Identifying through strategic insights that the most relatable content such as small business stories and community education has significant potential for further engagement growth.

These outcomes demonstrate that a storytelling-based social media campaign can do more than strengthen public trust and it can also transform Telkom TJSL’s digital identity into one that is vibrant, inspiring, and credible in the eyes of the community.
